Sam is an exceptional dentist who has looked after both me and my 9-year-old daughter. He is knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, incredibly empathetic. I’m a nervous patient, but I always feel comfortable and reassured in his care. I attend for my six-monthly check-ups and recently had two fillings, and throughout both treatments I felt completely at ease. I also see the hygienist, Kiran, and her dental nurse, Rachel, who are both wonderful. They take great care when cleaning my teeth, always working at my pace and making sure I’m comfortable. They also provide excellent, practical advice on how to maintain good oral health. I honestly can’t recommend the practice highly enough. I had an emergency apppointment due to a broken tooth causing an ulcer on my tongue. I was given various suggestions to ease the tooth problem but decided on the easiest option , more filling, for the time being. Salt water mouth wash recommended to ease the ulcer. I recently had two amalgam fillings replaced with white ones by my dentist Mr Labib at Hanham Dental. The process was almost completely pain free using an anaesthetic device that injects into the socket of the tooth. I cannot recommend my dentist Sandra and nurses Amy and Kayleigh highly enough. It had been 8 years since I had visited the dentist due to a bad experience at another practice. From the moment I contacted Hanham Dental I was met with professionalism, kindness and understanding of my fear of visiting the dentist. I completely lucked out by being assigned Sandra as my dentist. She instantly put me at ease and I knew I was in safe hands. I have had 3 fillings and an extraction with her which I absolutely would not have been able to get through without Sandra's caring, warm, patient, humorous ways. I honestly can't thank her enough, and Amy and Kayleigh too for their professionalism and helping take my mind off of what was about to happen during my appointments. I always experience a friendly and efficient service, whether it is for a check up or hygienist appointment. My dentist, Mr Labib explains everything clearly and provides constructive advice on how to maintain healthy teeth. I lost a crown from my back tooth. I had a consultation with Sam the dentist and was provided with options. I was allowed time to consider the options before making a decision. Appointments were prompt and the agreed option was completed. Brilliant outcome after fully explained treatment both asethically and functional. Sam and assistant were considerate at all times to my personal care, outcome and openly offered follow up contact if any concerns or issues.
